The carrier, it's servants and agents shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay or injury caused (whether direct or indirect) to any property or any person arising out of or in anyway incidental to the carriage of passengers or other goods of whatsoever description or any service ancillary therein or to any activities on or in the vicinity of the vessel. Including embarking and disembarking whether resulting in whole or in part from any act or omission by the carrier, its servants or agents.
All persons shall obey instructions (when and if given) by employees of the carrier. The carrier reserves the right to, without assigning any reason to cancel or vary schedule trip without notice, or decline to transport any person.
